AZKi's first 4 Lives were never broadcast and given that she did a free showing of all the ones that were broadcast in the run up to her last Live, it seems very unlikely that there is even an internal Cover/INNK recording. I don't think they realized how much people might want to look back on things and how much money they'd pay for the ability to do so. And for the record, it's actually "The Shitest Start".
