>click tweet containing images>click the image to go semi-full screen>right click to either save file or open image in new tab>you get the original sized imageSo I went to bluesky website and look for the image, and I did just that, and it seems like they also do the same as twitter. So I think you'll get full screen as long as you follow what I do above.
