I did the math: there are 168 hours in a week. So if a vtuber spends a chunk of their week streaming (like Elira, who streamed 51 hours this week) they still have ~117 hours of free time to spend on activites for people who are not mentally ill(like exercising, and socializing). Therefore, vtubers are not mentally ill.
