>>81967245Ahhh actually... So a few years ago, I did injure my back that I needed about 2.5 months to learn how to walk again. In that time, the worse thing I missed and the first thing I did was to walk around the park during that summer just listening to music and being able to control my own pace as I walked. The first week, I was limping and in pain afterwards, and couldn't finish the trail. But with every week, I got to clear more of the path, and got to listen to more songs, so it encouraged me and began to actually inspire a story in my head.
I think in the contrast, I think personally I would've wanted the same thing, to either walk across a park with lots of trees, squirrels, and blossoms, or to also walk along the beach because there's no real experience like it. Not sure if this helps, but I personally feel like my mindset during that time really woke something in me to appreciate nature more despite not doing as much before.
