>>84884585I went at 300lbs and the most annoying parts were the flight and very narrow ramen restaurants. What worked for me to lose weight:
-Cook your own food so you can track calories and portion (takeout adds a lot of salt and butter to make food taste good)
-Go on walks daily (20-30 minutes)
-Lift 3 times a week (Push, Pull, Legs on different days)
Start with walks, and start cooking at least 1 meal yourself with a focus on making it healthy. You can do the meme of chicken and broccoli (or different greens) and rice/bread which worked for me but you can do steak/pork/lamb to switch it up. I learned all my lifting forms from Youtube videos but if you have money, you could pay a trainer at a local gym to get you started. Good luck with losing weight.
