I think she's considering herself introverted because she's considering the fact that she gets progressively more exhausted when talking to someone or at an event, without considering that for 8/10ths of HoloEN (and JP) they don't get even get to the point where they're having a social interaction, they're too anxious to even begin one.
She's failing to put herself in the shoes of everyone else that she works with, to them, she IS the extrovert. Gura said it herself on stream when the topic of whether Kiara is extroverted or introverted came up.
