She did a pretty drastic style and design change from 1.0 to 2.0 so most of the older fan art doesn't even really look like her. Then between 2.0 and 3.0 she used an omari model for like a whole year so half of the fan art is also close to that.
Now that she's in 3.0 it's start to synchronize again though.
