I mean, it's almost impossible to find youtubers in general who aren't motivated by cash, either directly via ads or indirectly via a huge fanbase. Nonetheless they existed in the intial phases -- do you suppose such people went out of existence or instead now have both their original natural motivation as well as monetary motivation? I think it's the latter. You can genuinely enjoy making content via videos/streams/idoltry and still find money a strong motivator too.
