>>34253011I have no evidence to back this up, but I feel like hags tend to read a lot of books compared to their non-hag counterparts. Intuitively it makes sense, as it's quite difficult to read much of anything when you're always being interrupted by your family or a lover. Perhaps all that time spent reading contributes to hags picking up new skills and languages more easily.
