Hope you had a good week Nerissa, hope you have another good upcoming one.
>nieces and nephewsSince youre spending time with them I highly recommend you play balloon dodgeball with them, theyll love it. You just give it a good volleyball slap and it travels enough that you can have fun without hurting them. You can also play indoors and you wont break anything. Another good game is "keep up"? It doesnt really have a name its basically if you ever played soccer its basically when you juggle the ball and pass and whoever drops it loses.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3_DW2m0QygABasically that but with a balloon and you basically just slap it around without letting it hit the ground. Theyll love it. Just fill the balloon with normal air or if you want to make it easier fill it half with helium if you happen to have any, that way it will slightly float.
>finger gameAnother good game you can play with them is the finger game. Its a 1v1 game, you both put your hands together and interlock your fingers except the index fingers which are extended and pressed tightly to each other (at this point youre basically making a gun shape with your hands pressed together). One player will then hold their fingers out and the other player with raise their fingers and strike down on the other players fingers with the attempt to split them(the index fingers no longer being pressed together). If succesful the player whose fingers were split now has to use the next fingers (middle fingers) but if the striker wss unsuccesful then the its now the other players turn to strike. One thing to keep in mind is that the strikers fingers are always the most recent to not be split. So technically you can have a pinkie vs pinkie final round. The winner is determined by successfully splitting all four fingers of the opponent. I played with my six year old niece and Im like 100 times bigger than her and I didnt hurt her or break her fingers. So you can play with your nieces and nephews and so can everyone in your family including your father and brother. But dont play with the babies and toddlers obviously.
