>>22612157It normally uses a tangzhong but I shortcutted it by substituting some of the tangzhong with pre-gelatinized flour and added amylase to keep it extra soft and it is so soft it's like a Hawaiian roll but without the absurd amount of sugar that makes hawaiian rolls bad
