The rest are slowly inching back, but it'll definitely take multiple years to get back to where they were for say, Luxiem.
For shiggles, I put up HoloEN to compare. For the record, Meloco is entirely japanese now and the main reason her subs are skyrocketing is because she joined Kuzuha's clique. Her streams are 3-low 4view when she's alone, but they skyrocket up to 10-20k if she's doing ASMR or anything with Kuzuha on screen.
