gotta eat high satiety foods, do low impact exercise like walking regularly, cook your own food, and buy fewer snacks. work out your TDEE and consistently get like 300-500 under that. also don't drink your calories, I make a habit of not consuming anything liquid that has calories unless I'm getting fucked up with alcohol. it's super easy when you make the changes, the difficult bit is getting into the habit.
