I've seen him in streams for Shiina, Pippa, Uruka, Clara... Behaving the same god dang way. And Shiina has been bearing the brunt of it since he seems to be the most active with her. I'm surprised she didn't blow up sooner. Pippa already did, but Shiina held onto that urge to really lash at him for a long time.
There's no way Phase Connect is in such a bad spot that they can't spare walling this guy out. Or at least, exile him to Clara's chat. You might might think I say that as an anti thing, but she's legitimately the only one who has been able to get on his wavelength.
