Here's an explanation of the rules, in case you forgot, need a refresher, or didn't catch last league.

Teams are put into groups of 4, where each team will play every other team once, round-robin style.
You get 3 points if you win.
1 point for both, if you draw.
0 points if you lose.
At the end of the group stage, the top two teams of the group will move on to the Round of 16. However, this time, the top 4 of the 6 3rd place teams (by points) will move on alongside the top-two teams of their group. Everyone else goes home.
The Round of 16 is single elimination bracket - a fight for the top, where the last team standing your /vt/ League 2 winner!
