the main problems is the legs and hand they make the whole pic look ummm... like a beginners work, if they were better the picture would look like 5 times better, there are other mistakes too but they arent that bad
starting from the head, the ear is too small and is too high it makes her jawline look massive, the left eyebrow is too low it belongs more to a super deformed style like the crying emoji the eye brow is usually like 2.5-3 fingers above the eye when it comes to anime style that isnt SD, now the left part of the neck, shjoulder, traps area is a mess it looks like its clipping inside her body if you look at the left strap of her overoll, then theres that really thinn part of her arm connecting to the shoulder, the tits look flat they lack form, that hand looks like its almost resting on a flat surface like is petting something instead of resting on the on the side of her waist, and finally the legs they are just potato tier, the keens are barelly visible and the back of her knees is missing that spot where the calves and hamstrings connect, the feets are funny looking a weird pose to stand on flipflops
i think you should change the hair position, it looks like a cloack in the way it rest on her arm, heres a suggestion, and you should add wrinkles to the clothes they look too flat, the shorts look empty inside and the overolls looks weirdly flat for somethin g that should be hanging since shes is leaning forward.
