Actions speak louder than words and up to this point Anycolor has failed to show any level of commitment or loyalty to their EN branch. Any kind of statement will just be taken as damage control if they can't make their own employees happy.
As an example back in 2021 there weren't really any rrats about "Anycolor black company" because they regularly hosted events featuring the EN livers and everyone seemed to get along and respect their staff. Any time Pomu or Selen talked about staff it was to praise them for being hardworking and doing nice things for them. Nowadays staff is only ever mentioned when the livers have something to complain about or need someone to blame for their plans falling through. They need to work on reviving the goodwill they had before Luxiem if they want the shitposting to stop. Trying to address it directly is futile.
