Revisiting a topic that went on not long back, but there were a lot of people (shitposts mainly, but genuinely ignorant people too) who made comments about Mori’s bday live not reaching X amount of views that they imagined. I just wanted to reiterate what a lot of anons who responded to what they said and say that getting a million views on a vod is genuinely hard, so expecting bday lives or 3D events to reach what the outliers hit (Suisei live, Subaru live) is just dumb. In this case, Marine -may- hit 1M over time but the odds are it won’t, and truthfully, might not even reach 900k until way later. This should put to rest the idea that any 3d live from a big shot is some guaranteed 1M (which should’ve been put to rest anyways when Miko’s 3d live got 800k off a 125k ccv stream.)
I figured it was at least alright to point this out so people stop getting the wrong idea and they don’t have such otherworldly expectations for each and every thing that comes from standouts
