The difference between cgdct and an anime made for shoujo audiences are the men in the show.
Most of the shows you mentioned were all primarily female audience focused shows.
A great example of a cgdct is little witch academia, because the tv show it later came out with did poorly in ratings due to being made for young girls with the additional of boyfriend romance.
