Coupled with her refusal to give up her identity when joining Cover, these two things struck something with me. Her singing voice is amazing and Tetris skills also are a plus - I like to see someone who loves doing an activity excel at it. And don't get me started on her design (admittedly one of the bigger things for me); it hits a lot of sweet spots for me.
