good news everyone. finding out that someone took my milky card and made the hair better and some other minor adjustments made me want to finally implement the updates i found elsewhere. fun fact: the day i posted my milky card 2f ucking other people posted their own completely independently. so i'm taking the best bits from all 3 cards and morphing them together into one ultimate milky including, most importantly, a way to get her collar! should be able to finish and post within an hour or so. also finally bothered taking the lazy way out and googling compress png to run textures through it to shrink them and it's making the final result smaller than the original card even though there's more new textures added to it.
