It depends on the game, some of them are better about it than others - every game has at least one way to cheese the combat but most streamers aren't exactly gameplay-oriented. It's best when the games have a simple way to be able to grind offstream. That's part of the reason I like 0 so much, it's got a very straightforward combat and upgrade system; same with the shift to turn-based in 7.

20 hours of pokecir and the story is amazing capped with a perfect ending. Especially the high of the final levels and bosses, the ending, listening to that amazing score for the credits, and then the epilogue scene... I get emotional everytime I hear those strings start.
