I don't think the grind to Platinum is going to give her that feeling. She's sacrificed too much of her personal channel for larger events, and I bet that's affecting her.
Realer answer: she needs her friends to step up and be there for her, initiate collabs with her and make her feel wanted. It doesn't have to be in the form of oral sex, but it probably should include that to be safe.
