The website is genuinely the best I've seen from any vtuber company. The only "complaint" if you'd call it that is that the descriptions for the chuubas are all over the place and don't really tell you what they're about besides some exceptions. For example, Raki's description mentions that she sings and Chiaki says that she has a "gamers spirit", but Daiya and Kanna are just lore memes. The intro animation also has no reason to take that long, it's just a fake loading screen
