It's obviously much more expressive with improved tracking.
The face doesn't seem so wide and feels balanced with the cute forehead revealed and extra eyes. It takes her away from doll-like image a bit in a good way.
I'd like more fangs, but at least you still get a peek at them.
The shirt is fine, it gives the feeling of an old overworn 80's rock shirt like I actually expect her to wear.
The accessories are cool, the heart spikes are a cute nod but I wish it was an actual bucko on the coffin instead of a generic spider shape that she doesn't use anywhere in her branding.
The mirrored leg netting is lazy. That's confusing because ripping up the netting a bit differently on each leg isn't a lot of work.
I like the toes, but why the same kind of shoe? Maybe she just always wears platform shoes as a lore thing since she's short. You barely ever see below the waist anyway.
