I have to turn the volume all the way up and make sure the speakers are directly over my ears, but for sleeping headphones I can see why being quiet could be a boon. I wouldn't want to be woken up by sudden loud noises, and that's happened once or twice, since Patra usually puts the louder sounds towards the beginning of a stream, so if I have her playlist on shuffle, there might be a relatively loud fizzy water section when the playlist goes to the next video.
