AX Summer Jam watch party update, for anyone still interested in going: venue is locked down and paid for, one brave moneybags covered it so thins could move ahead ASAP and the fundraiser is now to pay them back. it's a 5~10 minute walk from the convention center depending on which door you use, in a hotel's ballroom. an RSVP form will be launched tomorrow, the plan is to check people in by their name on that at the door because the venue will only be able to fit about ~140 people, but if we're under capacity when the shows start we'll let people walk in too. that's flexible and not locked in yet though, as the venue contract won't be finalized until tomorrow
