We all heard this particular chuuba lore a thousand times; fantasy character arrives on Earth, becomes a streamer.
But what if it wasn't taken for funnies. What if HoloX was serious about being a secret organisation, what if Debiru, Emma August, various demon lord chuubas were not kidding about conquering Earth, etc.
Hence, our chuuba and her 'genmates' isekaid to Earth, decided to start a shadow state, and irreversibly affect the world.
In-universe, she's not really streaming but broadcasting news report/documentary/coordination to TVs worldwide. But she treats it lightheartedly like something out of Asacoco News/Watson Weekly.
Another parody is that the 'audience' that she broadcast for are agents and other supporters worldwide. Take pic related, foreign spies tuning in to watch your oshi updating on current events.
