Is it possible for an indie to “get big” in the current era?
The big indies that dominate the scene are ex corpo (Nimi, Saba, mint, Doki), and the other big indies are long time twitch girls, like fillian and shylily and Shondo.
So are there any indies that are as large and well known as the big ones? And is it possible for it to happen? Even the indies I know that are well off aren’t widely known, and their ccv isn’t massive.
I just feel like I haven’t seen anyone hit the scene and make a name for themselves in a long time purely as an indie.
