For whatever reason, she doesn't want to go to Phase Invaders. Just like how Lisa doesn't want to leave Tsunderia, and Tsunderia themselves are still not for sale and even then you'd have the issue of "what to do with the males there" because fishman doesn't want males.
If Tsunderia fell apart then I'm sure a few of them (Lisa, Purin, maybe Amiya) would move over if given the chance. But the signs are the company has stabilised.
It's the same thing with Rurumi - Heavenrend is still alive despite two talent leaving over health issues and they still want to be around. I don't think Invaders has anyone obvious that actually WANTS to join. The talent that people want, aren't coming over. Gen3 is not what people want either.
