Because of IRyS, I've started getting into Monster Hunter. Playing Rise right now, and the most I've done before this were just some tutorial missions and gathering quests and then got bored and quit. But after watching IRyS have fun playing MonHun, I've actually gone and done more missions, explored some of the maps, hunted down several large monsters and even upgraded my equipment and dabbled in crafting.
Is this what it means to get influenced by an influencer? Or is this more like when your girlfriend looks like she's having so much fun playing a game that you want to join her? Like, am I being influenced because IRyS is a good marketer and skilled player, or is it because of my strong feelings for her and how irresistibly cute she is when she's enjoying a game?
