>>67423987I really enjoyed the stream for what it was, but I think the biggest clunkiness were the same things I saw in my Nechronica character creation stream. Mainly getting a little bit too in the weeds of things in terms of mechanics, and more specifically visual representations. Once you put equations on the screen it becomes more difficult to follow along, especially when you linger on them. The most important change I made to my character creation streams was prepare easy-to-read assets in beforehand that didn't show too much information to viewers, and instead only explained those things verbally. Also viewers might not feel like they have any input they can give at multiple sections so you want to be able to keep things going. I do that by rolling with dice, but I imagine there's probably some more fitting method for this.
I'm not sure how much this translates to scientific worldbuilding since I'm a bit of a dum-dum but hopefully it's of some help to you.
