Most cutouts are indeed size accurate (comparing Connor size to Mouse’s on that pic)
Based on that and this pic of the cutouts together, we determined Nazuma is smaller than Mouse, which if we are thinking this is Mike would make sense since Rushia is smaller than Mouse (at least the character). As for the actual Mike height I don’t actually know that info.
