Suisei still owns the name "Hoshimachi Suisei" and her original likeness/model before going to Hololive proper. The only thing up in the air is who would keep the channel if she ever left. But she could very well leave one day and still be a blue haired vtuber named Hoshimachi Suisei with zero issues.
