Now it is quite evident that Kronii must have known for a while. Sana's graduation doesn't seem to be sudden. It was in the works and thus Council must have some prior knowledge of it.
In light of the early morning space and the current schedule and how Kronii seems to cope with emotionally complex situations. I do believe Kronii has chosen scenario B and will torture us with even more emotional dependence.
