I wanted to collect badges of the chuubas I watch the most, but I wanted to check that badges released for different events were the roughly the same size so that the collection would be mostly consistent. I ended up scouring tweets from months/years ago + JP marketplaces for photos that would show the badges in a scale relative to other things. Picrel is the Tubeout badge, which I guessed to be around 57mm and in actuality is 55mm. I did the same for the VMA badges (guess 43mm, actually 44mm), the Kamitsubaki small badges (guess 30mm, actually 32mm), and the Kamitsubaki regular badges (guess 44mm, actually 44mm). I did this just before HoloFes since I wanted some 57mm Holo ones, but in the end I didn't really like the art on them so I didn't end up buying any.
