Anybody have experience with the regional prompter from comfyui impact, and could tell me what I'm doing wrong. I've been trying different approaches but the regional sampler also has really bad output

Is it just a lot of gens, some lora, or something else? I'm almost hoping not to gen them by now, as they usually have 5 prongs, or are extremely malformed.
