I believe non-vtuber topics should still be related to the ongoing streams, or at least must be tied to vtuber content. In the past threads, for example, there were discussions about Filipino language, but it was ok because there was an ongoing language stream. Also discussion about US history was because there was an ongoing RDR gaming stream.
