>>66885981Yes, I did some reading on cave-diving and I think both ventilation and cooling are pretty important if you want to live deep underground! When I look into how people did that in pre-modern times I think the water- and wind-based methods both fits the natural environment of the caves and has a nice aesthetics so I blend them together for the architecture!
Just ignore the fact that high humidity in caves also make these systems less effectiveI think I might let my chuuni self out more this time around so aesthetics are important, though I don’t think the natural ambient sounds can be a full melody due to how they’re generated. I might toy with the idea of the first /vnug/ people (I should find a better name for them too) thinking it’s the noises of ghosts and demons living in the dark too
Invisible Cities is a nice read especially if you like atmospheric/esoteric scenery! I got into it when I was writing about space /vnug/ and it’s a big inspiration for me!
That’s why the planets are named after the cities in the book It’s a pretty short read and I think I saw some Chinese sites uploading the whole text before
