Hello ruffians!
Thanks to your encouragement I started with my Nihongo learning journey!
Day 525: Today I've done my anki and immersion reps. For anki I've learned 5 new cards. For immersion I've watched one episode of an anime.
I started adding words to the deck in the same order as they were in my list (just a txt file where I typed words I encountered and didn't know). The second word I added was 反時計回り and later I saw that it's only like top 65000 word in frequency according to JPDB. Then I realized I should probably try to add the more frequent ones first and leave the other ones for later. I mean, sure, at some point I should add all of them, cause no matter how infrequent some word is if I encountered it once and wrote it the chances are much higher that I'll encounter it again, however small the "universal frequency" of the word is. So, my idea is to add all the words from my list to the custom deck on the jpdb . io site (fortunately, it's very easy: you can just copy/paste some text and it will collect all the words), sort them by frequency and start making anki cards for the most frequent ones. When I create card, I just delete it from the jpdb . io deck and when I find new words I dump them to the jpdb deck and sort deck again. If you have any thoughts about my idea or advice lemme know.
FUWAMOCO love!
