Region prompt extension kinda tends to make things a bit blurrier for me.I used to struggle with regional prompter without controlnet, but I changed a bit of how I was using it to make it a bit easier. >Use the tag "2girls" or whatever number you're doing. I thought that you didn't need to because you already use BREAK when seperating the regions in the prompt field, but 2girls makes a big difference>the ADetailer extension helps in touching up the faces and making them to become cleaner so that's probably what you're looking for in particular. It seems to just make things really messy in a bad way. My regional prompts got much better when I turned it off.
