My model is about to be done pretty soon, but I really hate twitch and would rather not stream there if I can help it. The silver lining is that I have a youtube channel with 1k+ subs already just from stray subbers over the years from random edited videos I've put out. The channel can be monetized whenever I want to as it meets every criteria, so I was just going to put up a video explaining the rebranding of the channel and start streaming there. Perhaps just that will make some curious people come take a look and stay. Would this advantage I have on Youtube do me more favors in terms of visibility compared to streaming on twitch?
Another thing I had in mind would be to multistream and try to direct twitch viewers to my channel. Never getting affiliate, but just just as a tool to grow on YouTube. Or am I just coping here?
