>>105309091i'm bored, so fuck it:
1. he seems to research things after the fact instead of prior to promising something. One example of this was when he showed the lack of any knowledge of how live concerts could be done prior to promising a concert
2. when he is unable to deliver something, he seems to completely undersell himself for months after
3. while understandable why, he is the type to sweep things under the rug and not talk about on-going issues
4. recently (last year or so) heavily relies on community feedback for suggestions, providing less unique content that could be risky but with great payback
5. unable to let go of certain critics. one example of this was 'latency'. it took him over a year for him to stop mentioning it and showcasing how much faster latency has gotten. People who also say "this feels just like the old Neuro!" also gets to his head. I half also wouldn't doubt the day STS had gotten over half the votes to not be played he took personal offense to that as well.
6. Vedal seems to also work highly on a last-minute changes / testing-basis. as seen with yesterday and today, it took until the literal time if not one hour before to cancel the stream. while it is understandable if an unexpected error occurs during the stream, it isn't good rep to wait until the last minute to cancel something due to lack of testing or lack of confidence day(s) prior.
there's more but at this point this is becoming a rant than anything else
