This time I'll praise Kiryu Coco, because... well, she is such a great influence on where we are today whether we realize it or not. I cannot stress enough how important Coco is to the vtubing world - even non Holos realize it. She is entertaining, well, they all are but she's definitely entertaining, and isn't afraid of breaking standards.
