kson humiliated phase's CEO when it was leaked there was an initiative to clamp down on certain talents (mainly pippa and lia)
all of phase's key gen1 talents sided with kson instead of him.
that being said, he has learned his lesson. he doesn't get enough credit for being flexible and listening to the talent.
