I figure that this section would naturally be nomadic after all the word must be spread far and wide and converts to the cause will join. No real state as they wander through the world.
I just don't know if the rules of that setting will allow for conversion or if it's more like a straight up cult waiting for The Becoming.
Nothing set in stone just some ideas
