Towa's yab happened so early in her career that she wasn't well established yet; it was in the process of trying to redeem her image that she developed the character she has today.
Unironically, I think pic related did more for Towa's career than any song did for any other Holo (with the possible exception of RIP for Mori).
Laplus, on the other hand, started already at the top of the world and just spent months and months tumbling down. The entirety of 2022 is a stain on her record.
