Well, first of all you're vastly out of the "bang for buck" range, if money is a concern to you at all you could get a slightly weaker PC and save hundreds or even thousands. But if you're going to spend that much you should definitely get a better GPU. At least a 4080.
Also, Full Towers are REALLY big anon. You better have a place to put it because it won't fit on most mid-small sized desks, which means all those fancy aesthetics won't be seen if it's underneath something or on the floor.
You also don't need liquid cooling or 64GB of RAM unless you're doing something special, you can pirate Win11 easily, and your motherboard is pretty pricey. And you should buy more drives if you want more storage, since installing them later on is just a pain.
