The courts ruled that the "violators" must pay damages to WACTOR.The damages awarded to WACTOR in these four successful lawsuits exceed 10 million yen. (or about 68,000 USD) Furthermore, using these rulings as precedents, WACTOR is preparing additional lawsuits against similar contract violators.
