Which means that even if HoloJP got permissions for this game, it doesn't mean that HoloEN got them as well.
That's how it was with Square Enix, and since Bamco is as anal as them with permissions (if not worse), I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same here.
So... unless someone in HoloEN talks about it, I would recommend not getting your hopes up.
